(1) Nationals with the nationality of the Republic of China (people from the mainland area who are permitted to enter the Taiwan area must have been registered in the Taiwan area for more than 10 years). (3) Those who do not have the circumstances of Article 31 and Article 33 of the Educational Personnel Appointment Regulations. (4) Non-retired teachers and principals. 2. Qualifications for registration: (1) The 1st and 2nd: Those who have a qualified teacher certificate in a national elementary school with tutoring expertise. (2) From the third time: Choose one of the following qualifications 1. Those who have a qualified teacher certificate in a national elementary school with tutoring expertise. 2 University graduates and need to counsel and counseling psychological relations group graduated (including secondary department and double major).
