A junior high school student in New Taipei City, suspected of trying to help a female classmate vent his anger, attacked a teenager in the neighboring class with a spring knife. The teenager lost any signs of life on the spot. After completing a written record, the teenager and the girl were accused of attempted murder and transferred to the juvenile court. The judge ruled that the teenager was taken in custody. Afterwards, it was suspected that a family member of the victim left a message online accusing the person suspected of instigating him of being the most despicable. The victim suffered from hypoxia for too long and was likely to become a vegetative person in the future, My family is ready.
Journalist Li Jie: "There was a bloody incident on campus, and the young criminal attacked his classmates with a spring knife. However, knives like spring knives are basically listed as prohibited items. How can they still be brought into school? It turns out that in order to respect children's privacy rights, they don't search for backpacks one by one when entering the campus. I didn't expect such conflicts to occur again."
The third year junior involved in the case still needs to clarify where the spring knife came from. In order to vent his anger for his female classmate, he was taken to the School Affairs Office after committing the crime and then sent to the police station for record keeping. After interrogation, he and the female classmate suspected of instigation were transferred to the juvenile court for attempted murder. The teenager was sentenced to custody, and the girl was held responsible. The school said that although the teacher was present at the scene at the time of the incident, there was no time to stop him in just a few seconds.
The victim, a 15-year-old boy, suffered chest and neck injuries and had no signs of life before being sent to the hospital. After a night of rescue, he was fitted with a "Yeke membrane" and was still under observation in the intensive care unit. It is suspected that the victim's family members also left a message on the DCard afterwards, accusing him of instigating the most despicable behavior. If it were not for her to cry and complain to Brother Qian, the family would not have been killed. The doctor said that there was too much hypoxia, indicating that wearing Yeke membrane in the future is also equivalent to being a vegetative. The family members are prepared.
After lunch on the 25th, it was a 15 minute break for students to pack their lunch boxes and rest freely. Unexpectedly, several students had an argument in the hallway, triggering a bloody conflict. At least 20 teachers and students were nearby and saw a horrific scene. The school will also actively provide guidance in the future.
The school involved: "Yesterday and now, there were individual tutoring sessions for several students who had witnessed the scene, and then we also focused on the group assistance actions for entering the class, as well as the teacher. Finally, we are working on the entire school section."
Wang, Po-Chi, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University, said, "Emotional education should start from a young age. If there are probably no constraints or management from a young age, I would think that in the future, it may not be easy to really grow up. For example, when it comes to the high school and university end, these things may not be easily bound in the end."
Youth emotional management cannot be simply taught in class, with practical guidance and care, so that teenagers can learn to express their emotions in the right way and solve fundamental problems.
