On Saturday, October 28, 2023, the Tzu Chi Foundation held the "New Bud Scholarship" award and recognition event at Guandu Jingsi Hall to encourage outstanding students growing up in disadvantaged families. HU,PEI-SHAN, a student from our department, was awarded the Academic Award for her field of study.
