Teacher Lin, Leo S.F. was invited to give a lecture on the "2023 International Youth Exchange Activities in Taiwan" by the Taiwan Rotary International Youth Exchange Association (in English). More than 40 high school students from 10 countries including Europe, the United States, and Asia participated in the lecture, titled "Taiwan Law and Youth Protection". Feedback and exchange from students from various countries were enthusiastic.
