Department of Education , Taoyuan 2023 third appointment of full-time professional guidance personnel selection guideline 1. Basis: Schools below senior high schools and the competent authorities set up professional guidance personnel. 2. Qualifications for application, nature of work: professional title, contracted full-time professional counselors (professional counselors for short), academic (experience) experience 1. Social worker, who has a social worker certificate from his country. 2. Psychologists, who have obtained the certificates of counseling psychologists or clinical psychologists in their country. The content of the work shall be in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulations for the Professional Counseling Personnel Arrangement of Schools Below Senior High School and the Competent Authorities (see Attachment 1). Office location Taoyuan City Student Counseling Center or Taoyuan City Class 55 and above Shangligao Elementary and Middle School (see Appendix 2 for details). Working methods Professional counselors are dispatched by the bureau according to the actual needs in accordance with the Student Counseling Act, and complete pre-employment training in accordance with regulations. Service objects: High school primary and middle school students in this city and their teachers and parents. The working time is 8 hours a day, and when necessary, it can meet the needs of professional services. Age and gender: no limit. Others 1. Those who need to be highly enthusiastic about school counseling or social work, have professional ethics and social responsibility, and do not have the conditions listed in Articles 9 and 10 of the Measures for the Establishment of Professional Counselors in Schools Below Senior High School and the Competent Authorities . 2. Persons who have one of the following circumstances shall not be appointed: (1) Not having or losing the nationality of the Republic of China. (2) Have the nationality of the Republic of China and foreign nationality. 3. The working conditions and re-employment regulations are detailed in the regulations for the establishment of professional counselors in schools below senior high school and the competent authorities (see Annex 1). 4.
