Tsaotun Psychiatric Center (Psychiatric Hospital) welcome to join as a contracted social worker Benefits: 1. Starting salary: 39231 yuan for college graduates and 41335 yuan for graduate studies. 2. Bonus (monthly): 2000 yuan for a social worker specializing in mental health. An additional 3000 to 6000 yuan will be added for appointed lecturers, 10000 to 20000 yuan will be added for assistant professors, and 20000 to 30000 yuan will be added for associate professors. 3. Work reward (calculated based on the hospital's revenue situation (distributed once a quarter), year-end bonus (monthly salary * 1.5 times), and public pension. 4. Grade A in year-end performance evaluation, eligible for promotion.
