In order to prevent congestion and fraud, NCC has promoted international voice warning measures. Local calls start with "+8869" and will only be called after hearing about 7 seconds of voice warning in the future. It will be introduced by China Telecom and is expected to be officially launched on the 17th.
Pretending to be a prosecutor and making phone calls, the public almost fell into the trap. This type of fraudulent phone call keeps going, fearing that someone might fall for it. Now the central government has launched a new tactic.

NCC promotes international voice warning, with the beginning of the call being "+8869". As soon as the local call is connected, the anti fraud voice will appear first, and it will take 7 seconds to connect the call. China Telecom will take the lead and it is expected to be launched on July 17th.

The new measures will start with local calls, and after one month on the road, NCC will evaluate the effectiveness. It is estimated that by the end of October, they will be fully expanded to the mobile phones of the five major telecommunications companies.

Scholars have pointed out that the new measures aimed at preventing fraud in the public sector are well intentioned, but the methods of fraud are constantly changing, and they are afraid that they cannot be prevented. They call on the government to take multiple measures to combat fraud.
