Ming Chuan People ❤ TENG,CHO-YU Joins Volunteer Fireme to Stand up for Rescue in Full Point Crime Prevention 2023/5/12

TENG,CHO-YU, a sophomore Hong Kong student in the Department of Criminal Justice at Ming Chuan University, was riding a bicycle on Zhongshan Road in Taoyuan on May 9th when he discovered a 40 year old male knight who was suspected to have collapsed due to chest pain. He urgently set up a motorcycle to block the traffic flow. He asked enthusiastic passersby to assist in reporting the case and applied CPR cardiopulmonary resuscitation surgery for rescue. The firefighters who arrived later took over and jointly saved the knight's precious life, demonstrating the rapid response of Yixiao and professional rescue of police and firefighting, A joint effort to save lives.
TENG,CHO-YU, from the Department of Criminal Justice, aspired to become an emergency rescue worker from a young age. After studying in Taiwan, he joined the Guishan Volunteer Fireme Team and participated in Volunteer Fireme training and disaster relief work. In this rescue operation, TENG,CHO-YU stated that "just doing what one should do" is the best way to use the first aid knowledge and skills learned in the fire brigade to help people, regardless of the outcome.
Upon hearing the report of TENG,CHO-YU 's kindness and good deeds in saving people, Chang, Kuang-Min. Chair of Criminal Justice Department stated that in addition to greatly comforting his classmates' good deeds, he firmly believes in the educational philosophy of the Department of Criminal Justice that pursues public welfare. In the future, this report on good deeds will be shared in the department group as a positive teaching material and to strengthen the sense of honor among the Department of Criminal Justice teachers and students.
