He immediately blocked the person with his car and asked the public to call the police for help. Rescue personnel from Taoyuan and Sanmin Fire Brigade arrived, took over CPR and electric shock, and used bone needles to administer cardiotonic and antiarrhythmic drugs, After working together to assist Lv Nan in recovering his breathing and heartbeat, he was urgently sent to the hospital for emergency treatment. TENG,CHO-YU, a 20-year-old overseas Chinese student studying in the Department of Criminal Justice of Ming Chuan University in Taiwan from Hong Kong, dreamed of working as an emergency rescue worker from a young age. After studying in Taiwan, he joined the Guishan Volunteer Fireme Brigade after being introduced by Volunteer Fireme personnel a year and a half ago to participate in Volunteer Fireme training and disaster relief work. He said that after lunch yesterday at noon, he rode a motorcycle back to Guishan and passed by Zhongshan Road in Taoyuan District.
