On the morning of November 23, 2022, Dr. Nicholas Lovrich and Dr. Katherine Lovrich, Distinguished Professors of the College of Police, Philosophy and Public Affairs, Washington State University, USA (same as Retired Professor of the School of Education) and his wife visited the Department of Criminal Justice of Ming Chuan University.
