Huang,Fu-Yuan, Dean of School of Social Sciences of Ming Chuan University, Chang, Ping-Wu Professor of the Department of Criminal Justice, and retired Teacher Tang, Yun-Ming Associate Professor, etc. Three senior police officers were awarded lifetime dedication awards. Huang,Fu-Yuan Dean of School of Social Sciences served as the Provost of the Central Police University,a member of the examination committee, and the Chief of Personnel Administration Bureau; he made a great contribution to the reform of the police examination system; when he was the Chief of Personnel, he was particularly helpful in improving the treatment of the police. Chang, Ping-Wu Professor has made great contributions to cross-strait police exchanges and academic research, founded the Emergency Management Society, and set up a cross-strait summit forum. During the meeting, the first lifetime dedication award, Tsai,Te-Hui Chair Professor of the Department of Criminal Justice of Ming Chuan University, delivered a speech on behalf of the distinguished guests.
