1. Speaker: Associate Professor Sakamoto Masahiro (Psychology Research Division, Graduate School of Literature, Tohoku University) 2. Topic of the speech: Life history of the perpetrators and the local society: A re-test of Abe's social psychology 3. International exchange: On the same day, two Japanese scholars (Professor Abe Hengzhi, Associate Professor Arai Hiroshi) and three Japanese students attended the exchange and lectures with the teachers. The student of the Department of Criminal Justice, Yamamoto Kenai, was also invited by the director to attend the exchange and reception with Japanese scholars and students. He also thanked Professor Sheng-Feng Dai of National Chung Cheng University for assisting the translation, which made the special speech more abundant.
