You can register TOP(Test Of Proficiency-Huayu) from Sep 15 th

Please be notified that the second formal TOP(Test Of Proficiency-Huayu) of 2008 will be administered on November 1. The registration begins from September 15th to October 9 th. In order to reward the test-takers, the test fee is reduced from NT$1500 to NT$1000. Otherwise, to encourage the learning of Huayu, SC-TOP will award the top 3 test takers at each level a money prize. Welcome the candidates who are non-native speakers of Chinese to take the test.

How to register：
1. In person：Please go to the testing centers or promotion centers to hand in the registration form and the test fee.
2. By mail：Please transfer the test fee to the account number 19811726 (the title is “National Taiwan Normal University”), and then send back the registration form and the photocopy of payment receipt to SC-TOP mail box：P.O.BOX 7－400 Taipei, Taipei City 10699, Taiwan（R.O.C.）.
